For Launching The Game One Needs To

After That Unzip The rar and launch the Game:

 

Launching the Game Will Open TTA3 Launcher:

A Player Has to Now Just Select The Server (TTA3-1) and Press Run:	This will Open Login Page :

One Has To Login With The ID and Pass Which One has Registered and Enjoy The Game.
