After Leveling up there comes an stage of Rebirth the More will be Ones Rebirth the More Stats character will get and more
stats means more deadly will be the Character of the player.

TTA3 has Rebirths Till 17th Out of Which First 10 Rebirths are Free and can be Done Instantly as Character is made.

So levelup take Rb and make your characters Deadlist on the server.

This Levelups provide us with Rewards that can prove very useful ingame.
